He had high blood pressure that are currently in 2004, but later after many tests on the heart and kidneys, found nothing and I got well in a few days. But now it has jumped again in my life. Please make your treatment. I would like to mention here that my mother is 55, also hepertensive.

Your condition doesn’t appear to be serious at this stage, but it is good that you’re monitoring your hypertension.
As you probably know , hypertension is nicknamed “the silent kiler” because it can do extensive damage and cause death without any obvious symptoms.
As you are still young you should keep your hypertension in check and reduece your salt intake as much as possible. It’s also beneficial to keep active and excercise regularly.

Make sure that you are checking your blood pressure at the right time; at rest because if your checking it after you’ve just walked about or when your stressed or in pain your numbers will be higher. Try to check your blood pressure after sitting for 5 minutes and check in am and pm and from the same arm. Keep a record of your numbers so that you can see any trends ie if it is higher in the am or pm. If you notice a trend in elevated bp then schedule an appointment with physician and take along your record. Also diet and exercise will reduce hypertension.

Hypertension is an increase in blood pressure due to a variety of causes such as stress, a sedentary lifestyle and heart conditions.
As to how you may have developed hypertension, your mom having hypertension is in itself a risk factor for you to develop it. You may want to check your diet and lifestyle to see if these are risk factors as well.
As for treatment, you being at such a young age, I highly discourage taking medications. For hypertension, nothing beats regular cardio exercises(regulated and gradual of course), balanced diet, and learning relaxation techniques.
Try these out and I guarantee you’ll feel a lot better in no time.
