Hello everyone! How are you doing? Thanks for taking the time to read. A family member of mine was diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension. In Pulmonary Hypertension the pulmonary arteries are stiffened and the heart has to try very hard to supply more blood to the lungs. The risk factors are shortness of breath and over time, heart failure.
What I’m wondering is, what besides stress causes the arteries to stiffen up?
What can my family member do to live a long life?
What do you do that makes you happy? I personally like to go to museums and sit in a candle lit room. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
