Bradycardia = slowed heart rate (less than 60 beats per minute)
Hypertension = High blood pressure (>140 over >90)
Both of these conditions can be related, but they’re also not usually very symptomatic. This is why many people can live years with hypertension and not know it until they start getting secondary organ damage from the hypertension.

Hello,
According to the latest guidelines:
- Normal blood pressure is less than 120/80.
- Prehypertension is 120 to 139 / 80 to 89.
- Anything above that is hypertension.
At first, hypertension causes no symptoms, or only vague symptoms. However, it is important to control hypertension because it can result in heart failure (where the heart cannot pump blood sufficiently), chest pain, increased risk of heart attack and stroke, and ruptured arteries that damage primarily the heart, brain, kidneys, and eyes. Not infrequently, a diagnosis of hypertension is not made until after this damage has occured, because the patient felt fine up to that point.
Bradycardia is a heart rate that is slow – less than 60 beats per minute. Symptoms include fatigue, dizziness, and fainting or near-fainting. Severe, prolonged bradycardia can result in heart failure, fainting, chest pain, and hypertension. In extreme cases, it can lead to cardiac arrest.
Bradycardia can be treated with an artificial pacemaker or medication adjustment, although this is not usually needed except with prolonged or repeated symptoms. Treatment is generally based on your symptoms, or how well you are tolerating the bradycardia.

Bradycardia is defined as a heart rate <50 and hypertension simply means high blood pressure. Treatment range for high blood pressure is >160 but can be less for some people, in particular those with diabetes, kidney issues and family history of heart problems.
Hypertension is usually asymptomatic unless it becomes really high. Symptoms aren’t experienced with bradycardia unless it drops below 50 (technically speaking, Bradycardia is defined when pulse is <60). It can cause syncope, dizziness, palpitations, shortness of breath and lethargy. If it drops too low, it can result in cardiac arrest.
