I need to find my medical records from when I was little. I have been diagnosed recently with epilepsy. I estranged father was able to tell me that I had a few seizures when I was 1 1/2 to 3 years old, but not much more. My mom is gone and so is my grandma so my sources of information are limited at best. My ped. from when I was a child is long dead and I don’t know how to go about finding my records from back then. Any advice?

Unfortunately, odds are you won’t be able to find any records from back then. do any of you other relatives have seizures/epilepsy? If your dad and if any of your mom’s relatives can tell you that, it would be helpful for your doctors.
